From the Maine Turnpike, traveling North:

• take Exit 45, Maine Mall Rd.
• go straight through toll area, continue for 2 miles without exiting
• at traffic light, turn left onto Route 1 (see Merry Manor Inn)
• at next traffic light, turn right onto Cornell St.
• make your first right into parking area, sign says "Private Parking for 650 Main St."
• 650 Main St. is the big gray building on the corner of Main and Cornell St., opposite the parking lot
• enter the door with the "Food Addiction" sign
• make an immediate left, up the stairs, follow the signs to Office Suites second floor
• look for the second door on the left with the orange sign.

From Route 295 South:

• take Exit 3, Westbrook St., South Portland
• turn left off the ramp onto Westbrook St., (there are 2 left turn lanes, stay in the one to the right)
• go straight through the light at Broadway
• continue on Westbrook St. until you reach the traffic light (intersection with Route 1)
• go straight through the light across Rt. 1, and you will be on a small street called Cornell St.
• make your first right into parking area, sign says "Private Parking for 650 Main St."
• 650 Main St. is the big gray building on the corner of Main and Cornell St., opposite the parking lot
• enter the door with the "Food Addiction" sign
• make an immediate left, up the stairs, follow the signs to Office Suites second floor
